The Cloister at Sea Island truly impressed me with its beautiful grounds and engaging family activities. My room was large and comfortable, offering a lovely view of the ocean. The dining experiences were exceptional, especially the seafood offerings at Southern Tide. However, I found the oyster roast slightly lacking in variety. Overall, it's a luxurious stay that balances relaxation and fun, though the oyster event could have been more fulfilling.

My recent stay at this sprawling resort was a wonderful experience overall, marked by exceptional service, beautifully maintained grounds, and a plethora of activities. While the location is slightly cut-off from the main hotel, making check-in/out a bit inconvenient, the impressive dining and relaxation options along with the comfortable surroundings made it a memorable getaway. However, the beach at this location isn't as pristine as some others I've visited, showing some signs of past storm damage.

Overall, my stay at this resort was a memorable one, thanks to its stunning beauty and luxurious accommodations. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable stay. However, I did encounter some minor service hiccups, particularly during check-out. Dining was a highlight, with delicious options, though some dish portions felt a bit on the small side. The resort's amenities were fantastic, but there were areas needing more attention, particularly in regard to entertainment offerings.

The Cloister at Sea Island is a breathtaking resort that offers luxury and charm like no other. The magnificent settings and attentive service truly elevate the experience, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. While the dining options are superb, the magical holiday decorations during Christmas time truly set it apart. However, with so much to do, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of activities available.

Our stay at The Cloister was a wonderful experience with large, beautifully decorated rooms and friendly service that made us feel at home. However, the lack of amenities like a general store onsite and some inconsistencies in service during peak times were minor drawbacks. The dining options were high-quality, but the spa experience did not meet the expectations set by the luxurious environment.

Rooms

The facilities, especially the spa, were luxurious but didn't quite live up to the high standards one might expect at such a price point.
